This terrible event reduced the ceramic production by 50% which in the short term had a strong impact on the whole Sanindusa operation and customer service. The company immediately made the decision to build a new factory and maximize the activity of the other industrial hubs. It decided on investments that were concluded and put into operation in a short period of time. Este terrível acontecimento reduziu em cerca de 50% a produção cerâmica o que, no curto prazo, originou um forte impacto na faturação e no serviço ao cliente. A empresa tomou de imediato a decisão da construção de uma nova fábrica e potenciar ao máximo a atividade dos restantes polos industriais, decidindo investimentos que foram concluídos e operacionalizados num curto espaço de tempo.
