Administrative technician for the french and magreb market - M/F/D

We are looking for an Administrative Technician (M/F) to strengthen our sales team dedicated to the foreign market:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12th-grade education;
  • Previous experience in similar roles (preferred);
  • Interest in administrative tasks and customer process management;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Preferably also fluent in English;
  • Good IT skills from a user perspective (Excel preferred);
  • Geographical proximity to the company (preferred).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer portfolio management;
  • Order management;
  • Complaints handling.
