  It isn’t possible to adjust but you can replace the slowclose system. You must first identify the model of the toilet seat/ bidet cover and then select the compatible system. • Is it possible to replace seat hinges and buffers?

  Yes, it is possible. You must first identify the model of the toilet seat/ bidet cover and then select the compatible hinges and buffers. • Is the 65cm New WcCare basin pneumatic support compatible with all basins of the same collection?

  No, the 42902 pneumatic support is only compatible with the 65cm basin (code 129320).

• Is it possible to replace the bottom water inlet valve through the cistern’s lid to avoid moving the toilet?

  Usually, to replace the bottom water inlet valve it’s necessary to move the toilet to the side in order to remove the flexible connector and unscrew the valve which is placed at the bottom of the cistern.
