General Questions

  • Sanindusa’s warranty conditions only apply to products with faulty performance originating from defected material and/or production process errors which affected its characteristics. These warranty conditions do not apply to:

    • Defects caused by third parties due to the incorrect handling of the product either at the installation stage or through misuse;
    • Incorrect installation not respecting the instructions supplied with the product or failure to respect the care and maintenance instructions in accordance with the indications provided by Sanindusa, as well as the use and application of aggressive surface cleaning agents;

    In case of component replacement or warranty repair the warranty period is based on the date of original purchase.

  • All complaints should be presented at the place where the product was purchased accompanied by the respective proof of purchase in order to follow the normal commercial circuit. Afterwards the complaints will be handled between Sanindusa and the retailer. Since Sanindusa does not sell directly to the final consumer you should always handle commercial and post-sales issues directly with its retailers.
