Independent training projects

Focused on critical competitiveness factors, the proposed Training Plan is structured around key areas deemed relevant for achieving the intended goals. The objective of this plan is to improve management and leadership skills, encourage the adoption of sustainable practices, improve efficiency and foster change and innovation, such as to allow the development of products and/or services of high value, able to ensure differentiation and boost exports.

Therefore, the main objective of this project is to promote skills building and improve employee performance, such as to increase the company’s competitiveness. The training plan also aims to make trainees aware of the importance of learning and their role as agents for organisational change, by adopting attractive training methods and relying on teams of trainers with vast teaching experience and technical knowledge.
